150 – 160 words = recommended so don’t have to follow. Must adjust accordingly depending on the audience’s response.

I’ve never been a valedictorian myself, so it might seem quite impetuous of me to be sharing my views.

lol! that got me laughing.

150 words per minute is too fast lah.. the speed suited for tv is slightly less than 120.
